Two records are enough
A Project owns stable facts about something that exists or is being explored. A Publication owns something KYDEK wants to communicate. Work, Lab, Notes, and Home are views, so they do not need competing copies of the same story.
Depth is earned
A project can begin as one strong visual, a premise, a relationship, a stage, and a proof link. Field Notes carry updates and lessons. A case study appears only when the decisions and evidence need deeper explanation.
